Managing student behaviour is an integral part of a teacher’s job. While conflicts may arise in the classroom, it is crucial for teachers to address them effectively and turn them into opportunities for cooperation. 

Here are a few effective behaviour management strategies that can help teachers turn conflict into cooperation.
