Beyond the Workshop: Strategies for Effective Ongoing Professional Development

As educators, our journey of learning never stops. We constantly strive to provide the best education to our students, and that means continually developing our skills. While workshops and conferences are traditional avenues for professional development, let's explore some unconventional methods that can truly enhance our teaching practices and take us to new heights of growth and inspiration.
